Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Free Shipping (5-7 business days)
International Shipping
We ship to most countries in North America and the E. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days
Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number to see its current location and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most addresses in Canada and internationally. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
- Contact us at support@actnormalbrand.com if you still can't locate your package
For packages delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll help track down your order.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@actnormalbrand.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
